Our approach
How we build patterns for success
The need for change
After years of consulting, executive coaching, and research, co-founders Dr Martin Egan and Matthew Burdock uncovered a common challenge: culture barriers often derail change initiatives. Whether merging organisations or introducing new ways of working, success falters when strategy and culture are misaligned. Traditional solutions focused solely on individual leadership development, leaving systemic cultural issues untouched. Recognising the need for a bold new approach, they launched New Direction Consulting (now Culture Impact) in 2014, driven by a mission to align strategy and culture for lasting transformation.
The four steps to building patterns for success
There are four stages we go through when we build relationships that matter with clients, partners, and collaborators.
Are we a good fit?
We begin by understanding your unique challenges and priorities, exploring how we can help. This is a conversation, not a pitch—focused on finding the right fit and sharing insights to spark meaningful change.
Align on aims
We work with you to align on clear objectives, deliverables, and outcomes. Whether designing bespoke solutions or leveraging our proven programmes, we ensure every effortaddresses your organisation’s needs and delivers value.
Review and Evolve
We embed feedback throughout, not just at the end, ensuring continuous learning and improvement. This iterative approach ensures our partnership delivers lasting value as your organisation grows and evolves.
Execute with precision
Using our expertise and resources, we manage the project with precision—clear timeframes, actionable milestones, and support for stakeholder engagement. Collaboration sits at the heart of how we work, ensuring focus and shared investment in success.
